Buca di Beppo will be serving up the best risotto in town throughout the summer alongside it’s traditional Italian menu. With dishes priced from as little as AED 50, this new menu is not one to be missed.
Guests at Buca di Beppo this summer can enjoy an array of flavours in the dishes available in the new risotto menu, which are all made from scratch on the day using only the freshest ingredients. Seafood fans can tuck into the Risotto al Pescatora, a creamy risotto with parmesan cheese and parsley, topped with butter sautéed shrimp, mussels and calamari or try the Risotto con Salmone, a decadent dish cooked with mascarpone and spring onions, paired with seared salmon and topped with pesto Alfredo sauce.
Vegetarians have the option to indulge in various Italian favourites including the Risotto al Funghi, a classic risotto topped with mushroom, parmesan cheese and parsley, as well as the Carciofi e Parmigiano, a delicious risotto cooked with mascarpone and parmesan cheese, coupled with baked artichokes and drizzled with lemon butter and honey-balsamic glaze.
